I am a NCCPA board certified and Florida Board of Medicine licensed Physician Assistant. I was born and raised in Pompano Beach and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and minored in psychology. Following my undergraduate studies, I gained experience as a medical assistant in obstetrics and gynecology, where I discovered my passion for women's healthcare, particularly in the context of pregnancy.

Driven by my commitment to healthcare, I pursued a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University. During my clinical year, I focused on additional training in obstetrics and gynecology to better equip myself for the multifaceted and fulfilling role of a Physician Assistant in that field.

Through collaboration with Dr. Davidson and the rest of the healthcare team I am eager to serve my community by helping expectant mothers through their pregnancies. In my free time I enjoy running, rock climbing, painting, and spending time with family and friends.

I am a registered perinatal sonographer. I enjoy this field because I feel like I am making a difference in the lives of future parents. Two hobbies that I enjoy are playing with my cat and diamond painting. What I like the most about Signature Perinatal Center is the quality-of-care Dr. Davidson and our team is able to provide to our patients.

I am a graduate from Florida International University where I earned a B.S in Biological Sciences, B.A in Natural and Applied Sciences, and a Minor in Psychology. I enjoy the field of maternal fetal medicine because of all the learning opportunities. It is also interesting to see genetics applied to real life scenarios. My hobbies include spending time with my family and reading. My favorite part of working at Signature Perinatal Center is being around coworkers who are always willing to support and teach me new things.

I am a registered perinatal sonographer. I graduated from Sanford Brown Institute in New York for ultrasound and I have a B.S. from Stony Brook University. I have worked in the obstetrics and gynecology field for 18 years. My hobbies are exercising and taking care of my indoor plants. What I like the most about Signature Perinatal Center is the team we have and the close relationship we established.

I am qualified sonographer with over 16 years of experience scanning pregnant women first in Machester, United Kingdom where I am originally from. I moved to Florida in late 2022 and loving that I can continue working in the field of Obstetrics and care for women here at Signature Perinatal Center. I have always wanted to become a sonographer from my own personal experience when I had my daughter. I remember the staff making me feel so comfortable as I was full of anxiety and was overwhelmed as a first- time mum at 35 years old!! This is the same experience I want my patients to have when they interact with me here at Signature: safe, heard, and comforted. Apart from the Royal British welcome, you will receive an experience with me that will be thorough and informative.

I am a sonographer with a Bachelor of Radiologic Science Degree (RDMS). I chose this career because I always wanted to work in the medical field. I think it’s amazing that we can see so much before a child is even born. I also love the happiness ultrasounds provide for expecting parents. Parents count down the days that they can come and see their little ones. I love being a part of that experience. I also love that you never stop learning in this field. My hobbies are singing and spending time with my 2-year-old daughter. What I like most about Signature Perinatal are my peers. They are always willing to work as a team and help if anyone's schedule gets backed up.

I graduated from Valencia Community College with a Degree in Psychology. I enjoy this field because I love working and interacting with people. Two of my hobbies are party decorating and making jewlery; I enjoy using my artistic side. What I like most about Signature Perinatal center is how Dr. Davidson and the staff sincerely care and look out for their patients’ best interest and concerns. It’s very easy to feel like you are a part of a family here.

My name is April Monis, and I am a registered nurse and a HIPAA-certified healthcare virtual assistant at Signature Perinatal Center. While nursing can be a demanding and challenging profession, the rewards and opportunities it offers make it a profession that is deeply fulfilling. What I always look forward to in this field is being able to empower, relate, help, and empathize with women who are in different stages of pregnancy as I have also experienced how it feels to be excited and sometimes anxious throughout the pregnancy journey.

What I love most about Signature Perinatal Center is how Dr. Davidson treats and attends to her team. It is really a reflection of how serious and passionate she is about what she does that resonates with her practice and her patients. We ensure that our patients are given the utmost quality care that they deserve.

I have 8 years of experience working with healthcare providers in Florida primarily with the referral process for specialty offices including nephrology and now Maternal Fetal Medicine. I currently handle referrals for our new patients in order to get patients scheduled timely. While on my free time I enjoy listening to music, reading, and doing musical theater.
